Trivet is an object placed between a serving dish or bowl and the dinning table, usually to protect the table from heat damage.
Our hand woven ones are made of cane and are upholding a form of hand work that is slowly fading into oblivion.Master craftsmens gentle bend the damp cane and hold it together before they dry and polish it.
Care: We recommend gentle wiping with a clean damp cloth.
