When it comes to this jacket, versatility is the key. 

This beautiful piece of clothing forms a deep V neckline when tied at top with beaded strings.  It has asymmetrical, high-low hemline which measures at approximately 37 inches (front) and 41 inches (back) and has carefree bell sleeves. 

It can be worn with a skirt or a pant or a kurta or a top, anything that suits your style of the day.
