Exchanges & Returns

"Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Given the nature of products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation we deem fit. Each exchange & return is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution."


Domestic

As a company policy we do not provide any refunds. We shall gladly exchange any item for an alternative size, colour or even a style. We will accept request for exchange only within 15 days of delivery of the product to the customer, provided the product is returned in an unmarked, unused condition. Please make sure that the tags and packing remains intact, in its original condition.

At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package and inform customer care on this no. +91 9358800640 or email at [email protected].

We request you to drop an email to [email protected] specifying your concern and the product you would like to exchange along with your interest items. No Return/Exchange will be eligible for Custom-Made Products. You can also choose to receive store credit in return for the exchange. The shipping cost of any exchange is borne by the customer. Once the item dispatched from your end reaches our warehouse, the replacement product will be shipped out to you and will reach you in our standard delivery time without any additional cost. Please do note, that multiple exchanges are not allowed on a single order. 

No exchange will be provided for products from accessories, home décor and jewelry.

Items purchased in Sale are not eligible for any exchanges or returns.


International

We ship worldwide and we charge a fixed shipping cost of 3700 INR for every order; customer shall be responsible for paying additional import/custom duties and taxes which are country specific . Any size or style change in your order is happily accepted before we ship your items. Feel free to get back to us for any queries and concerns. For any exchange the customer needs to ship the product (at their own expense) to the Warehouse within 1 month. Products should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging and original sales receipt intact. Please feel free to connect to us for more assistance.
